All work is conducted in accordance with the Genealogical Proof Standard (GPS), the recognized framework for sound genealogical research. This means every project includes:

A reasonably exhaustive search for all relevant records
Complete and accurate source citations
Careful analysis and correlation of all evidence
Resolution of conflicting information
A clearly written, evidence-based conclusion

In addition to documentary research, I incorporate DNA evidence when appropriate. This includes extensive experience with autosomal DNA analysis to support lineage and relationship conclusions.

Each research project includes a comprehensive, fully cited report. Depending on the scope of the project and the available evidence, deliverables may include:

Custom Narratives:

Personally written narratives, grounded in historical research and contextual analysis, may be commissioned after research is completed. These are offered as a separate service for an agreed-upon fee.
